In order to ensure the proper functioning of the transport service throughout the national territory, the local authorities and the security services have taken all the necessary measures and provisions to ensure the mobility of people and the transport of goods, while firmly and rigorously dealing with any attempt to undermine security and public order, the rights of non-strikers and the functioning of this service, says a statement from the ministry.
"The right to strike is constitutionally guaranteed," the ministry stresses, insisting that its exercise should not, however, infringe on the freedom to work and mobility.
