Huelva Farm Manager Faces Prison for Alleged Sexual Abuse of Moroccan Workers

The Huelva Prosecutor’s Office has requested four years and six months in prison against the manager of a farm in Moguer (Huelva). He is accused of having sexually abused four Moroccan seasonal workers.
The defendant, during the months of April and May 2018, in his capacity as manager of the farm, was responsible for supervising the harvest of products by seasonal workers, including SL, HQ, NH, and HB, Moroccans who joined the farm in April 2019, reports EFE.
While the latter were carrying out their task, the accused entered their lodge without authorization and remained there until their return, before attempting sexual touching when they were taking a shower. The prosecution has requested 4 years against him for sexual abuse.
