Two Homeless Moroccans Die in Barcelona Cold Snap

The cold wave currently sweeping Spain has caused the death of two homeless Moroccans aged 37 and 32 in Barcelona.
The lifeless bodies of the two Moroccans were discovered, on Monday, January 11, 2021 in Barcelona just a few hours apart, reports La Vanguardia. The first body was found at the Poeta Boscà square, near the Barceloneta market. As for the second, his body was discovered in the Ciutadella park, located in the city center. A man suffering from hypothermia was found near the second victim, but was able to be saved in time, the same source specifies.
According to the doctors of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Spain, the two victims were suffering from hypothermia. However, an autopsy is necessary to confirm this hypothesis.
