Gulf National Falls Victim to Student-Led Sextortion Ring in Morocco
The elements of the judicial police of Settat, in coordination with the technical and scientific police services, succeeded in arresting four individuals, including students from Hassan Iᵉʳ University. They would be involved in a case of sextortion on social networks. The victim is a national of a Gulf country.
It all started with a complaint filed by a national of a Gulf country against the four suspects. They accuse them of fraud, sexual blackmail and threatening to publish inappropriate photos of them on social media, reports Hespress. The modus operandi of the gang is to involve two young girls whose mission is to attract victims on social networks and film them in obscene scenes.
