German Tourist Dies in 110-Meter Fall While Taking Selfie at Moroccan Waterfall

Sad end for a young German tourist. He suffered a fatal fall from the top of the 110-meter Ouzoud waterfalls in the afternoon of Saturday, September 14. Selfies would be the cause of this tragic accident.
According to Hespress, the young tourist had taken a path closed to the public when his foot slipped on a wet rock as he was trying to take a photo of himself.
The victim, suffering from severe head trauma following the terrible fall, died before the arrival of the rescue services. His body was transferred to the provincial hospital morgue for an autopsy.
The site adds that the installation of a fence around this high-risk area is becoming increasingly urgent, especially since the frequency of accidents is becoming worrying.
