German Police Offer €3,000 Reward for Fugitive Moroccan Murder Suspect

The German police have just announced that a reward of 3,000 euros will be given to anyone who reveals the whereabouts of Mohamed Soultana, whom they consider to be "extremely dangerous", "violent" and probably armed.
A few days ago, we learned that some European security services, including the Spanish services, had raised their level of vigilance in order to apprehend a Moroccan, named Mohamed Soultana, actively sought by the German authorities for murder with a firearm. Today, we learn that the German police are ready to give 3,000 euros to whoever tells them where he is.
According to the latest information, the latter would like to go to Morocco by passing through Spain, through any border point. On May 9, he fled Germany, crossing the borders with Belgium.
He is said to have killed his ex-wife, in a street, as she was waiting for their 13-year-old child. Asking her to lower the window to talk to her, he is said to have immediately shot her after she did, before fleeing.
He is now the subject of an international arrest warrant. According to the Spanish media ABC: "born in 1976, "He has Arab features, black eyes, a beard and black hair". And he could be potentially armed.
