Interpol Issues Red Notice for ’Extremely Dangerous’ Moroccan Murder Suspect

An international arrest warrant has just been issued by Interpol at the request of the German authorities to raise alert levels in Europe and elsewhere in order to arrest a Moroccan described as extremely dangerous and violent as well as potentially armed.
This Interpol red notice concerns a certain Mohamed Soultana, born in 1976, "He has Arab features, black eyes, a beard and black hair," as described by the Spanish media ABC, probably for the radios as the media also publishes a photo of him. According to the German authorities, he is "extremely dangerous and violent".
It is specified that he is being prosecuted for murder with a firearm, and that according to the latest elements of the investigation, the criminal was considering going to Morocco via Spain. This information did not fall on deaf ears, as the Spanish authorities have raised their level of vigilance to apprehend him.
The same media indeed writes: "In order to locate and arrest him, the police have requested, as this newspaper has learned, a "maximum dissemination" to all units in order to intensify security and control measures in ports, airports and border posts".
He would be likely to flee through any point of the Spanish borders and, according to the German police, there is a good chance that Mohamed Soultana is still armed.
