Futuristic Casablanca Skyscraper Earns Global Recognition for Sustainable Design

The New York Times has ranked the Casablanca Finance City (CFC) tower among the benchmark buildings in the world.
The work of the Californian architectural firm Morphosis, the futuristic 122-meter (25-story) tower is characterized by a "remarkable aluminum exoskeleton," details the New York Times.
It is the first office building in Morocco to be LEED certified. This is an international benchmark for high-performance sustainable buildings.
Already, the building is attracting several multinationals and renowned international financial groups that are setting up there. Among them are the consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, the import-export giant Marubeni, and the Banking Supervision Directorate of Bank Al-Maghrib.
