"We have worked with the Government of Gibraltar and the Moroccan authorities to resume this important link for the Moroccan community and we are delighted that this service is operational again," said Ronny Moriana, CEO of FRS, to Europa Sur.
For the Minister of Maritime Services, the resumption of this maritime line is good news for the Moroccan community who has "suffered the most" from the suspension of this service. "The links with Morocco are extremely important, as we look forward to new opportunities after Brexit, particularly those related to tourism and trade," he added.
