French Singer Slimane Hosts Daughter’s Baptism in Marrakech

Since the birth of his daughter, Slimane has been swimming in happiness. He who is usually discreet, does not stop sharing on social networks photos taken in the company of his daughter.

It is therefore surrounded by his family that the French artist celebrated Wednesday in Marrakech the baptism of his daughter Esmeralda. Appearing in traditional Moroccan attire, the singer posted a photo of the baby dressed in pink, as well as three sheep, with the caption "it’s your baptism today my daughter, I love you".

The other photo posted by the French artist of Algerian origin shows the little Esmeralda in a red gandoura (traditional outfit) for her henna ceremony. Other shots showing his family as well as the progress of the ceremony and the music group that animated the party.

Esmeralda was born prematurely. The singer had announced it with a mixture of joy and sadness. "I am both very happy to announce what I am going to announce to you and at the same time I am very sad because I did not think I would announce it to you like this. I have become the father of an incredible little girl, a little angel, who was born almost two months early and who has been in the hospital for a month".
