French Influencer Faces Legal Trouble for Alleged Threats to Minors in Morocco

Accused of insulting and threatening two 12-year-old girls in Morocco, a French influencer is the subject of four complaints.
Samantha Jacquelinet alias Sam Peyton is in hot water. The French influencer is involved in a case of threats and insults against two Moroccan 12-year-old girls. On Friday, she attacked the teenagers in a hotel in Marrakech, accusing them of following and filming her without her knowledge. In videos posted on social media, we see Samantha Jacquelinet insulting and threatening the girls. "Listen to me well next time, I see you, if I don’t hit you my mother is a b*tch, do you understand or not? [...] dirty b*tch [...]" Shortly after, one of the mothers of the teenagers intervened. She alerted the authorities. But the influencer had time to flee with four people, according to the account of the mother of one of the girls. She decided to file a complaint against the French woman in Morocco and in France. "[...] if they didn’t catch her at the hotel, it’s me who’s going to go to jail," she adds.
"Sam peyton flees the hotel chased by the mother of the 12-year-old girl. ’Who’s the b*tch now?’ the mother said to Sam," reports blogger Aqababe in a post on X. Contacted by Ouais.media, the mothers of the teenagers said they had "filed a total of four complaints in Morocco, one for each of their respective daughters, as well as complaints on behalf of the two young victims. They also plan to file other complaints in France." In another post on X, blogger Aqababe reports: "Samantha would have justified her reaction to the mother. According to Samantha, she would have been dr*gged and ag*ressed by boys the day before, which would have made her very paranoid and disoriented."
On the web, the French influencer recounts the facts: "I didn’t threaten 12-year-old girls as you think, I don’t do things like that. I didn’t touch them, I didn’t hit them. The mother, she pulled my hair back so if she wants to go all the way with her complaints, let her bring out the videos. Me, I didn’t hit them. The only times I touched people was to escape."
