French Culture Minister Dati Leads Delegation on Official Visit to Morocco

The former Keeper of the Seals of Nicolas Sarkozy, Rachida Dati, French Minister of Culture, is making an official visit to Morocco.
Rachida Dati is visiting Morocco for an official visit, scheduled from February 16 to 18, 2025. This visit will be marked by the commitment of the French Minister of Culture to concretize the commitments made during the signing of a joint declaration for a "reinforced exceptional partnership" between France and Morocco, as well as two cultural agreements: a bilateral roadmap and a letter of intent on video games, on the sidelines of the visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to Morocco last October, reports Le360.
Dati’s visit will also be marked by the signing of several bilateral conventions to promote cooperation in the fields of cinema, gaming, archives and heritage. Another scheduled activity: the visit of the cities of Tarfaya, Laâyoune and Dakhla in the company of her Moroccan counterpart, Mehdi Bensaid. The French minister will exchange with the various local cultural, associative and educational actors that France wishes to support in their projects.
