French Astronaut Captures Stunning Night View of Casablanca from Space Station

Thomas Pesquet has just published a photo of Casablanca taken at night from the International Space Station. Since April 24th when he joined the ISS, the French astronaut has been in the habit of posting his shots on social media.
Currently on a mission on the International Space Station, Thomas Pasquet has published on his Twitter account a sumptuous photograph of Casablanca seen from space. "The ISS always flies from west to east, so Casablanca is one of the first lights that welcome us after a night flight over the North Atlantic," he wrote in a message accompanying his photograph.
In addition to the shots he shares with internet users, Thomas Pesquet completed his third spacewalk at the end of June with the successful installation of a new solar panel on the International Space Station. This is the Frenchman’s fifth outing from the orbital station, and he has now spent 33 hours in the vacuum of space, according to NASA calculations.
