Franco-Moroccan Startup Al Robotics Aims to Disrupt $40 Billion Global Robotics Market

With their startup Al Robotics founded in Marseille, Franco-Moroccans have big ambitions. They also want their share of the global industrial robotics market.
After co-founding Al Robotics in Marseille in February 2023, Mustapha Charea, CEO (native of Morocco) and Franco-Moroccans Adil Dachroune, commercial director, Nabil Bouaka, project coordinator, also in charge of communication and marketing, Amir Benamar, technical director (who holds five patents) are setting out to conquer the world, reports Challenge. Their wish? To take their share of the robotics market, which should continue to grow to reach an estimated value of $40 billion by 2028, according to a study conducted by Coherent Market Insights in June. After Marseille, they plan to set up a second production line in Tangier or Agadir by the end of the year, which will be dedicated to robot assembly. As part of this dynamic, AI Robotics is organizing a webinar on Monday, October 30 from 8:30 p.m. to raise 10 million euros to industrialize production and meet order books.
In just a few months, the startup has revolutionized the field of robotics. It develops multimodal, evolving robots, like UGO capable of performing multiple tasks. "The robots we produce are not single-task like we often see. Robby, the robot dedicated to the medical field, can for example deliver meals and medicines thanks to its refrigerated and heated compartments, or take medical vital signs," explains Nabil Bouaka, project coordinator, also in charge of communication and marketing, specifying that AI Robotics robots have predictive AI that allows them to function autonomously and learn from experience. He will add: "Our five service robots are thus adapted to different sectors of activity, such as hotels, logistics, industry, hospitals, supermarkets, and many others."
Other features: these robots increase the productivity of companies, reduce labor costs and offer innovative solutions to optimize work processes.
