France’s Lakrar in Doubt for World Cup Round of 16 Match Against Morocco

Bad news for the Bleues! On Saturday, Maëlle Lakrar, felt "discomfort in the left thigh" during a training session in Adelaide. A discomfort that prevented her from training this Sunday, August 6 in Adelaide, reports L’Équipe. According to the staff, the other 22 players did participate in the training session. Among them, midfielder Grace Geyoro who had been rested at the end of last week. Maëlle, who played for 270 minutes in the three group matches and scored a goal against Panama, could be absent against Morocco.
