Former FC Seville Player Sentenced for Sexual Abuse of Daughter in Spain

The former Dutch player of Moroccan origin, Tarik Oulida, was sentenced by the Marbella (Malaga) court to two and a half years in prison for sexual abuse of his daughter.
Tarik Oulida, who had played for FC Seville between 1995 and 1998, was found guilty of raping his daughter, according to Dutch media reports. In its decision, the judge of the Marbella (Málaga) court established that in 2011, the former footballer had sexually assaulted his daughter before sexually assaulting her, reports ABC.
For these acts, Oulida was sentenced to two and a half years in prison, as well as a ban on approaching or contacting his daughter. He is also prohibited from entering Spanish territory for ten years. Once he has served his sentence, he will remain under the surveillance of the Spanish authorities for four years and two months.
The court’s decision is final and cannot be appealed. This is not the first time Oulida has had legal troubles in Spain. A few years ago, he had served a month in prison in Madrid for fraud. Oulida had joined Seville after winning the Champions League with Ajax. During his time at Nervion, he had played twenty-five matches and scored three goals.
