Former Moroccan Soccer Star Joins Algeria’s Coaching Staff

Former Atlas Lion, Abdessalam Ouadou, is expected to join the ranks of the national technical management of the Algerian team, starting March 23. The Algerian Football Federation has just made the official announcement, this Tuesday, February 11.
Former teammate of Algerian coach, Jamal Belmadi, at the French club Valenciennes, the Moroccan international will be present during the preparatory training camp of the Algerian national team, to be held from March 23 to 29, pending the receipt of the professional coaching certificate from the Union European (UEFA-PRO).
In a statement published on its official website, the Algerian federation announced that its president, Kheireddine Zetchi, had agreed to the request of the Algerian coach regarding the integration of Abdessalam Ouadou into the technical management.
Serving with the Nancy club as a coach, Ouadou had taken charge of the under-17s for almost two years, before managing the B team for a period of 4 years.
