During a conference at the Mohammed VI Complex, the national technical director (DTN) Fathi Jamal detailed a comprehensive modernization plan for the technical system. The objective is to transform the recent successes of the "A" team into a sustainable dynamic through a "colossal" restructuring work.

At the heart of this system, the development of young talents becomes the absolute priority. "The player, whether male or female, is now the center of interest of all football development," hammered Fathi Jamal. The DTN is now focusing on a strengthened performance center to ensure consistent results in all age categories.

To supervise these talents, Morocco is calling on a mix of high-level local skills and international expertise. This technical unit is piloting a training program already validated by FIFA. This model, considered pioneering on a global scale, must ensure the preparation of future generations with unprecedented technical and technological rigor.

The deployment of infrastructure is also accelerating throughout the territory. Thanks to a partnership with EvoSport, an entity of the OCP group, the country already has 15 training centers, including three federal ones. Two new structures should even open their doors before the end of the current season to further cover the country.

Currently, nearly 2,000 young footballers are welcomed in these high-tech centers. The organization is based on harmonized management between the administrative, logistical and sports aspects. A specific "sports-studies" curriculum has been set up to allow players to follow their standard school program without ever neglecting daily training.
