According to the terms of the contract, the selected service provider will have to ensure high-end logistical support for the 22 members of the Kingdom’s delegation. The specifications require accommodation in individual rooms in five-star establishments, located imperative in the central areas of Mecca and Medina, in the immediate vicinity of the Holy Sites.

The selected operator will also be required to provide the usual financial guarantees, cover the risks through travel insurance, and coordinate all formalities with the Saudi authorities.
