FIFA President Hails Morocco’s Mohammed VI Football Complex as World-Class Facility

The President of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) praised the Mohammed VI Complex of Maâmora, this Saturday during the proceedings of the study day on the development of competitions and infrastructure in Africa.
Present in Morocco as part of this meeting initiated to heal African football, the FIFA President after visiting the new jewel of Moroccan football expressed his joy at finding himself in "this incredible, magnificent, sumptuous Complex".
According to Gianni Infantino, "this center has absolutely nothing to envy any other technical center in the world". This Mohammed VI Complex represents for the guest of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) "a pride not only for Morocco or Africa but also in the world." Continuing his speech, he believes that his visit to this place "fills him with energy and joy".
The Swiss leader took this opportunity to pay tribute to the FRMF "It is when you see this that you say that it is worth it," he added.
Covering an area of 30 hectares, the country’s main infrastructure stands out in particular for its synthetic and natural football pitches, a state-of-the-art infirmary, a 5-star hotel, an Olympic swimming pool, a conference room and a restaurant, denoting the important place given to this popular sport in the kingdom.
