Fenerbahçe Rejects $37 Million Bid for Moroccan Striker En-Nesyri
The Turkish club Fenerbahçe has rejected a 34 million euro offer made by the Saudi club Al-Nassr for striker Youssef En-Nesyri during the last winter transfer window.
Despite the offer made, the management of Fenerbahçe chose to retain the Moroccan international, considering him an indispensable player, reports the Turkish media Akşam.
Transferred from Sevilla FC at the beginning of the season for 19.5 million euros, Youssef En-Nesyri has quickly justified this investment. His adaptation was facilitated by the confidence of coach José Mourinho.
The striker has impressive statistics: 20 goals and 4 assists in 33 official matches (including 20 starts), for a total playing time of 1,872 minutes.
His performances make him one of the top scorers of the team and the Turkish league.
