Fatal Stabbing at Moroccan Farm Party Leaves One Dead, Three Arrested

A well-lubricated evening that started in a good mood ended in tragedy. While they had gathered to party in a farm located in Lqliâa, in the Agadir region, a misunderstanding that broke out between four friends ended with the death of one of them.
The facts reported by Aujourd’hui Le Maroc date back to the night of Thursday, October 24 to Friday, October 25, when four friends gathered on a farm for an evening of reunion and relaxation.
At first, everything seemed to be going well. Trivial subjects and minor incidents were discussed, in a good atmosphere lubricated with alcohol and bursts of laughter. However, when a misunderstanding arose, a knife fight ensued and, under the influence of alcohol, the worst could not be avoided: a 26-year-old man was stabbed and died on the spot from his injuries.
In the confusion, the farm’s caretaker, as well as the owner and his mistress, fled, before later joining Marrakech.
Alerted, the gendarmerie elements conducted investigations to apprehend the various defendants. This is how the couple was arrested on Saturday, October 26, the day after the tragedy. Meanwhile, their accomplice, the caretaker, was apprehended in Agadir.
