According to EFE, the victim, who was taken to the emergency room of the University Hospital of Ceuta around 10 p.m., succumbed an hour later to his deep wounds to the neck and chest.
After attempting to reach the Moroccan border, the aggressor was finally apprehended by the city’s police services, who took him to the police station.
