Family Feud in Casablanca: Woman Barred from Seeing Mother for 5 Years Over Inheritance Dispute

A young woman in Casablanca says she is deeply affected by the behavior of her brother, who has deprived her for 5 years of visiting her mother. An inheritance dispute would be at the origin of this family feud.
The man, a former Moroccan expatriate, refuses to execute the court judgment that authorizes his sisters to visit their mother, on the pretext of having been excluded from the succession, reports the site Al Oumk.
According to him, his sisters would have taken advantage of the bank power of attorney, granted by their sick mother, to extract large sums from her without her consent.
An accusation that Amina flatly rejects, claiming that the inheritance left by their father has never been the subject of a division, and that she does not have a bank power of attorney. For lack of evidence, the young woman had been granted a dismissal during her trial against her brother.
