The Board of Directors of the Société Nationale des Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM) has approved the financing contract with the European Investment Bank (EIB). It is a loan of 85 million euros.
In a press release, ADM stressed that this financing contract without a state guarantee is a first and a great sign of confidence. In addition to this contract, the Board of Directors of ADM, which met on December 25 under the chairmanship of Abdelkader Amara, Minister of Equipment, Transport, Logistics and Water, also approved the company’s budget for the year 2021.
Among other things, the main lines of this budget focus on the repair of 97 km of road, compared to 70 km in 2020. There is also an investment of 1,376 MDH, mainly actions postponed from 2020. The budget also provides for the improvement of motorway safety and the acceleration of the deployment of the automation plan for operations.
