EuroAirport Expands Summer 2023 Routes, Adding Morocco and 99 Other Destinations

The international airport of Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg or EuroAirport has unveiled its summer 2023 program. In total, 100 destinations will be offered, including Morocco, Egypt and Canada.
Starting March 26, the EuroAirport will implement its flight plan. It plans to launch or resume six (new) destinations with four airlines. The "regional hub for direct air links to Europe and the Mediterranean basin will be connected until October 28, 2023 to 100 direct destinations, among others in France and Canada, in Cyprus, Egypt, Spain, Greece, Italy, Morocco and Tunisia," says Air Journal.
In detail, the EuroAirport plans to increase the frequency of flights to Casablanca with the airline Air Arabia (5 rotations per week), Hurghada with Air Cairo (3 rotations per week), Dublin with Ryanair (5 rotations per week), Zagreb with Ryanair (4 rotations per week), Antalya with Pegasus (4 rotations per week) and with Sun Express (3 rotations per day), etc.
In a press release, the EuroAirport recommends that travelers arrive at the Airport well in advance - i.e. at least two hours before departure - as well as good preparation for their trip due to the expected increase in the number of passengers at the start of the summer flight plan. And to add: "If you choose to go to the Airport by car, it is advisable to book your parking space in advance. In general, it is recommended to use public transport to get to the Airport."
