Endurance Race Cyclists Support African Disability Charities

Out of the 2,574 participants registered in the endurance race on Saturday, August 24, 2019, some wear the logo of charitable associations determined to support the disabled in African countries, including Morocco.
The Bugatti circuit this year is special. The 2019 edition has a social character. In this regard, on the stands, each cyclist wears the outfit of the association he intends to support.
At one of these stands where eight cyclists are busy, they are competing with "Handi cap vers" jerseys. They are indeed running to help the Girondin association recover used orthopedic prostheses in France to send them to Morocco and Senegal.
Thanks to this initiative, many Moroccans suffering from locomotor system disorders will be able to be relieved. Moreover, with the media coverage of their project, through the various social networks, these cyclists have raised more than 1,700 euros in their kitty, until Saturday, August 24. But the goal here is above all to give visibility to the association and to raise awareness among the people who cross the path of the runners.
According to Mathieu, interviewed by France Bleue, this competition aims to support the Foundation for Aid to Research on Multiple Sclerosis (ARSEP), in tribute to its godmother, who died of this pathology nine years earlier. Thanks to the sponsors mobilized for the cause with his wife, this cyclist plans to raise more than 2,000 euros for the Foundation, at a rate of 18 euros per lap completed.
