Emirates Launches Special Flights to Repatriate Moroccans from Dubai

Emirates airlines plans two special flights on September 8 and 9 between Dubai and Casablanca, to help Moroccans stranded abroad return home.
According to the information provided by the company, the first flight, Emirates EK9953, will depart Dubai at 10:00 am and land in Casablanca at 3:30 pm. While the return flight, EK9954, will leave Casablanca the next morning at 5:30 pm, to arrive in Dubai at 3:50 am.
To be allowed to board the flights between Dubai and Casablanca, passengers must be Moroccan nationals or foreign nationals holding a Moroccan residence card, or foreign nationals traveling to Morocco for business (holders of a permit from the Moroccan embassy in the UAE) or diplomatic personnel in transit from Dubai to Morocco. They must also meet all the entry conditions to Morocco. As for the tickets, they will be available for purchase at Emirates sales offices and call center, the company specifies.
48 hours before the trip, travelers must perform a PCR test and a serological test for Covid-19, with printed results to be presented upon request at check-in and to local authorities upon arrival. Before their departure, they must also fill out the passenger health form on the website: http://www.onda.ma/en/I-am-passenger/Traveller-Guide/Public-health-passenger-form. Upon arrival, passengers must print and present this form.
The flights that will serve the Casablanca-Dubai route will be available to eligible passengers to enter or transit through the United Arab Emirates. Here, the company specifies that COVID-19 PCR tests are mandatory for all incoming and transit passengers arriving in Dubai (and the UAE), including UAE citizens, residents and tourists, regardless of their country of origin, to ensure the safety of travelers. To this is added a complete set of measures at every stage of the journey, in order to ensure the safety of its customers and employees on the ground and in the air. These include, among other things, the distribution of free hygiene kits containing masks, gloves, hand sanitizers and antibacterial wipes.
