Emirates Launches Major Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive Across Morocco

The airline Emirates will launch this month a large recruitment campaign in Morocco to strengthen its cabin crew.
The young Moroccans who will be selected for this position will be assigned to Dubai. The interviews will take place from August 9 to 22 in Casablanca, August 11 in Rabat, August 13 in Fez, August 18 in Marrakech and August 20 in Tangier. Emirates has announced that it is looking for passionate and motivated people to work according to the company’s values. "This recruitment campaign reaffirms our commitment to investing in Moroccan professionals," said Khalfan Al Salami, Emirates’ national director for Morocco and Mauritania, quoted in a company press release.
And to add: "We not only offer jobs; we invite Moroccans to become ambassadors of their culture on the world stage while living the unique lifestyle that Dubai and Emirates have to offer." This is not the first time the company has launched recruitments in Morocco. "Morocco has always been a source of exceptional talent for Emirates," Khalfan continued. The young Moroccans who will be recruited will benefit from many advantages, including tax exemption on their salary, furnished accommodation, transportation and health insurance.
Wafa Kharbibi, a Moroccan from Marrakech, a member of the Emirates crew, assures that she is living a unique experience with the company. "Living in Dubai as an Emirates cabin crew member is like being at the crossroads of the world," she said. Based in Garhoud in Dubai, Emirates operates with nearly 300 aircraft in over 150 cities in 80 countries. The company offers daily flights to Casablanca from Dubai.
