As last year, the Eid Al Adha 2022 celebration will be held in the middle of summer, according to astronomical calculations.
According to proponents of the unified Muslim calendar based on calculations, Eid al-Adha 2022 will be celebrated on Saturday, July 9 in France, Turkey and other countries around the world, according to SaphirNews. The French Council of the Muslim Faith (CFCM), its dissident coordination led by the Great Mosque of Paris or the Muslim Theological Council of France (CTMF) will officially announce the date of Eid al-Adha at the end of June.
The astronomical calculations will also have to determine the date of the celebration of the holiday. This year, Eid al-Fitr was celebrated on Monday, May 2 in Morocco and in many Muslim countries.
