Egyptian Film Festival Apologizes for Mishandling Moroccan Artists’ Introduction

The organizers of the El Gouna Film Festival in Egypt have finally apologized for the mistake made towards the music producer RedOne and the singer Nouamane Belaiachi.
In a clarification, the management of the El Gouna Cinema Festival in Egypt indicated that on Tuesday, October 14, during the musical performance at the opening ceremony, the two Moroccan artists, RedOne and Nouamane Belaiachi, were not presented as they should have been, before taking the stage, unlike the Egyptian singer Mohammed Ramadan, who was given the honors due to his rank.
This situation provoked many comments on social networks, especially from Moroccans. Other artists, including Latifa Raafat, also reacted on social networks, highlighting the exceptional career of the music producer RedOne, and regretting the "contempt" he had suffered.
The festival management apologized profusely, stating that what had happened was simply due to an error.
