EasyJet Launches New Lyon-Rabat Route with Thrice-Weekly Flights

The airline EasyJet inaugurated on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 its new connection between Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport and Rabat.
EasyJet launched its new air route between Lyon and Rabat on Wednesday. The company offers three flights per week, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, reports Actu.fr, adding that the price of a one-way ticket starts at 35 euros. Additional fees (baggage) are added to the ticket price. Rabat is the fourth city served directly and in 2h50 from the capital of the Gauls. Flights to Agadir (Transavia), Marrakech (EasyJet) and Fez (Air Arabia) are already offered from the airport.
By launching this new line, Easyjet gives Lyonnais the opportunity to reach the Moroccan capital of 645,000 inhabitants and discover its rich historical and architectural heritage. A historic city and cultural capital of Morocco, Rabat has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2012. It ranks among the great world cities, through the enhancement of cultural and urban heritage, the preservation of green spaces and the environment, the improvement of access to local social services and facilities, support for governance, as well as the rehabilitation of the urban fabric.
