EasyJet Expands French Routes, Adds Flights to Morocco and Iceland

The British low-cost airline EasyJet will launch several new flights from Lyon, Paris-Orly and Nantes, including to Morocco next summer.
EasyJet is strengthening its role as a leader in regional connectivity. The company plans to launch 11 new routes in the summer of 2025. Starting June 4, it will operate two weekly flights between Lyon, now its main base in France, and Essaouira. It will connect Reykjavik (Iceland) to Lyon with 2 flights per week from June 24. From Paris-Orly, the British low-cost carrier will fly to Southampton and Sofia.
EasyJet will offer three weekly flights to the beaches of Menorca from April 1 or the idyllic landscapes of Rhodes from June 25. The company attracts travelers with very competitive fares starting at €35 one-way, including airport taxes and management fees.
"These new routes strengthen our commitment to offering diverse and affordable destinations despite the challenges facing the industry," explains Reginald Otten, Deputy Director France of EasyJet.
