EasyJet Celebrates New London Base with International Ice Cream Flavors

The British low-cost airline Easyjet is celebrating the opening of a new base at London Southend Airport with a range of delicacies including the Moroccan signature dish, the tajine.

Spicy tajine (Morocco - Marrakech), snail (France - Paris), Cacio e pepe (Italy - Pisa), "Sangria and Chocolate" (Spain - Alicante, Almeria, Gran Canaria, Malaga, Palma, Reus, Tenerife), pastel de Nata (Portugal - Faro). It is with this range of ice cream called "jet-lato" that Easyjet celebrated the opening of a new base at London Southend Airport. Vacationers transiting through the airport had the opportunity to taste these delicacies on board the first flights on Monday morning, to new destinations now served from London Southend, including Palma, Malta and Pisa.

The new London Southend base now houses three Easyjet A320neo aircraft, reports Essexlive, specifying that the British low-cost airline offers 122 flights per week on 20 routes from Southend to leisure destinations in Europe and North Africa, an increase of 133% compared to last summer. The new base offers more than 330,000 seats to vacationers who can choose their destination for this summer, it is specified.
