A new drone giant settles in Morocco

Delair, which employs 250 people and projects 75 million euros in revenue by 2026, is accelerating its deployment outside Europe. The company will open a subsidiary to "better serve its regional clients and anchor its presence" on the continent. This Moroccan structure will provide responsive logistical support, reducing response times for clients previously managed from the Toulouse headquarters.

The choice of Rabat is explained by the proximity of the decision-making circuits related to security. The future team will also benefit from the connection to Casablanca to facilitate air links to the rest of Africa.

The company has already seduced many states with its DT-26 and DT-46 models. After deliveries to Niger as early as 2019, the list of clients has grown to include Côte d’Ivoire, for the surveillance of its northern border, as well as Nigeria, Chad, Mauritania and Benin. These devices are used in particular in the fight against terrorism.
