Does Saudi Arabia impose visa restrictions on Moroccans?

The document allegedly issued by the Saudi authorities concerning new entry restrictions into its territory for citizens of certain countries states that the Saudi authorities had included certain countries on a list of states prohibited from submitting applications for short-term Saudi visas, including for business, family and tourist visits, in addition to banning their citizens from entering Saudi Arabia as of the 13th of the current month, even if they held valid visas.
