Deadly Ibiza Fire Injures 8 Moroccans, Kills Italian Woman

Three men of Moroccan nationality were seriously injured in a fire that occurred yesterday in Ibiza, in the Balearic Islands. A woman of Italian nationality also died.
According to the Map, the Moroccan Consul General Nezha Attahar indicates that the Moroccan victims, aged 32, 40 and 42, are suffering from burns. They were transferred to the intensive care unit of the Can Misses hospital in Ibiza. Another victim was admitted to another hospital due to his unstable condition.
The fire also caused other minor injuries, people also of Moroccan nationality. It is a question of three men and two women who were taken care of by the medical services for panic, trauma and smoke inhalation.
Firefighters, who arrived very quickly on the scene, had to use a helicopter to evacuate the approximately 80 people who were in the building.
An investigation has been opened by the police services to determine the exact circumstances of this fire.
