Court Ruling Allows Mantes-la-Ville Mosque to Reopen Permanently

The Versailles Court of Appeal has canceled the judicial liquidation of the Association of Muslims of Mantes South (AMMS), thus allowing the definitive reopening of the mosque of Mantes-la-Ville.
This decision puts an end to a long legal saga that had forced the mosque to close its doors and cease all its activities. After months of uncertainty, the AMMS can finally look to the future with optimism. The Court of Appeal not only canceled the liquidation, but also dispelled all doubts about the financial and legal situation of the association.
"Long live the rule of law," the association exclaimed in a press release, welcoming this legal victory that allows the definitive reopening of the place of worship. The AMMS took the opportunity to recall the difficulties encountered by the faithful during the closure of the mosque, highlighting the importance of this place for the Muslim community, both religiously and culturally and socially.
Despite the trials, the association has always expressed its confidence in justice and its leaders. "The truth will always prevail!" it had declared, calling for respect for court decisions and legal channels. Today, the AMMS thanks all those who supported it during this difficult period and turns to the future, strengthened by this legal victory that allows it to fully resume its activities.
