Corruption Scandal Widens at Casablanca Court: New Employee Implicated

The case shaking the court of first instance of Casablanca has not finished revealing all its secrets. Another employee of the jurisdiction is being prosecuted for corruption.
Another employee (N.R.) is added to the list of about thirty people (employees and officials of the court of first instance of Casablanca, deputy prosecutor, a pasha and police officers, intermediaries, as well as judicial and security officials) prosecuted for corruption, fraud and forgery by the Attorney General of the King near the Court of Appeal of Casablanca. It was telephone tapping that confirmed the link between her and the main defendant nicknamed "Ammoumi" in this case, reports Hespress.
Questioned by the National Brigade of the Judicial Police (BNPJ), N.R. admits to having communicated with the accused by virtue of neighborhood relations - the two live in the same neighborhood - but denies her intervention in favor of defendants or any other person she knew, in any case pending before the Court of Appeal in which she works or any other court. She assures that she did not ask any intermediary to intervene in judicial cases with officials of the Ain Sbaa court.
These statements contradict those of the broker "Ammoumi" who claimed to have received sums of money as bribes in exchange for intervention in certain cases with magistrates he knows at the Ain Sebaa court.
