Convicted Killer of Moroccan Child Adnane Bouchouf Apologizes, Denies Sexual Assault

This Wednesday morning, before the judges at the Tangier Court of Appeal rendered their verdict, the killer of Adnane Bouchouf apologized to his family. He claimed not to have sexually assaulted the child.
Late Tuesday afternoon, the judge gave the main defendant one last chance to speak before retiring to deliberate. "I kidnapped the child and took him to my home because I needed money. I never sexually assaulted him, and I apologize for that," Abdellah said.
"I would like to have a clear conscience, and I want to tell the child’s family and the Moroccan people that he had lost consciousness after falling down the stairs," he continued.
The killer of Adnane Bouchouf, found guilty of the charges of kidnapping, sequestration, indecent assault and premeditated murder, was sentenced to the death penalty on Wednesday morning. His 3 roommates each received 4 months in prison for "concealment of a crime committed" and "failure to report the facts."
