Controversial Islamic Critique Books Sell Out at Casablanca Book Fair

The International Book and Publishing Fair (SIEL), which opened this year in Casablanca, only had eyes for books criticizing Islam. They were among the books that were in high demand by visitors.

These books, which were the stars of the SIEL this year, are no longer available. These include "Dialogue with the Muslim in Me" by Hicham Nostik, "Sahih Al Boukhari: End of a Legend", by Rachid Aylal as well as "The Manuscripts of the Quran: Introduction to the Study of Ancient Manuscripts" by Mohamed Msiyeh, reports H24infos

Ahmed Moradi, secretary general of the Union of Moroccan Publishers, and owner of the publishing house Dar Attaouhidi, explained that in three days, "all the copies of the books have disappeared".

In detail, he explained that the 500 copies of the book "Dialogue with the Muslim in Me" by Hicham Nostik were sold. As for the book "The Memoirs of a Moroccan Infidel", it also enjoyed some success.

Regarding the book "Sahih Al Boukhari: End of a Legend", which is a questioning of the book "Sahih Al Boukahri", considered by Sunni Muslims as the most authentic and sacred book after the Quran, it was sold everywhere it was exhibited.

As for the 90 copies of the book "The Manuscripts of the Quran: Introduction to the Study of Ancient Manuscripts" by Mohamed Msiyeh, they too disappeared quickly and the list of those who wish to obtain it is long.
