Chelsea’s Tuchel Eyes PSG Star Achraf Hakimi for Potential Transfer

Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel wants to have Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi in his squad. The German is a big admirer of the Atlas Lion.
Chelsea continues to show interest in Achraf Hakimi. At least, this is what Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano affirms in his latest exclusive column for CaughtOffside. "Chelsea wanted Achraf Hakimi a year ago, and he has certainly remained at the top of Thomas Tuchel’s list, who is a big fan of Hakimi, Romano said. [...] So far, Paris Saint-Germain have assured that they have received no offer." A potential recruitment of the Moroccan international would allow the English club to strengthen its team, as the Blues’ central defenders Antonio Rüdiger and Andreas Christensen will have to join other clubs this summer.
Arrived at PSG from Inter Milan for an amount of 60 million euros and various bonuses last summer, Achraf Hakimi has played 41 matches this season including 32 in Ligue 1 and 8 in the Champions League. He scored 4 goals and provided 6 assists, making him the 5th most decisive player in the Parisian club.
