Chelsea Star Hakim Ziyech Invests €1.67 Million in Two Luxury Amsterdam Apartments

The bank account of Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech is doing well, very well. Aware that a professional football career only lasts a few years, he has just treated himself (well, two) to a gift, no doubt for his old age.
According to the Dutch press, he has just acquired two apartments in the heart of Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands. The two properties were, of course, purchased at the same time. The total value is 1,675,000 euros.
You will have guessed it, the Ajax Amsterdam player did not have to take out the slightest credit with a bank to acquire the two luxury apartments located in the "Oud West" district for one and in the "Zuidas" district for the other. Hakim Ziyech paid cash and we don’t even know if he had to negotiate a discount.
In detail, he acquired the first apartment with an area of 117 m2 for 850,000 euros (Zuidas), while the second was paid 825,000 euros. It is an apartment measuring 108 m2 (Oud West).
Highly sought after in Europe, the Moroccan international should settle down next season at Bayern Munich and we can be sure that his salary will see a significant increase, enough to "cash" a few more apartments or properties in the Netherlands or elsewhere.
