Chelsea Eyes Swap Deal: Ziyech to Juventus for Rabiot in Winter Transfer Window
Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech would be very close to leaving Chelsea. The English club would have included him in a deal with Juventus, to acquire the services of Frenchman Adrien Rabiot, as early as the next winter transfer window.
While he is on AC Milan’s radar, the Moroccan midfielder could join the Old Lady, according to the Italian media, who specify that the Blues’ management would have prepared an arrangement to lighten the cost of the transfer of the French midfielder, and Hakim Ziyech would be part of it.
"To recover the Frenchman, Chelsea would offer Hakim Ziyech in the deal in the form of a six-month paid loan with a mandatory purchase option next June for 6-7 million euros," the same sources specify.
Thus, the 29-year-old Moroccan, in search of playing time, could pack his bags for Serie A, not to join the Lombard club but the rival Juventus. His transfer to AC Milan did not materialize, due to the financial demands of the London club. However, in the world of football, nothing is ever certain until the last second.
