AC Milan Pursues Chelsea’s Ziyech in Winter Transfer Window Push

AC Milan is very interested in Hakim Ziyech and seems determined to do the impossible to sign the Moroccan international, who should leave Chelsea in the next winter transfer window.
AC Milan wants to secure the services of Hakim Ziyech, who has the profile and talent the club needs to improve its performance, reports Gazzetta dello Sport. Massara and Maldini, in charge of the sports management of the Italian club, will travel to Qatar in the coming days to try to accelerate the negotiations with the Moroccan midfielder. However, there is still an important detail to be settled, as AC Milan’s finances do not allow for a major investment in January.
The Italian club has already let Hakim Ziyech know that it cannot pay him what he currently earns at Chelsea. The Moroccan international will therefore have to make a major financial concession if he agrees to join the Lombard team. He would be willing to reduce his salary to regain a prominent place on the pitch. It remains to be seen what Chelsea would demand to let him go, knowing that the club paid 40 million euros to recruit him in 2020.
