Casablanca spared: Emirates maintains its flights despite the paralysis of the sky in Dubai

The outbreak of the conflict on February 28 has led to a partial paralysis of air traffic in the region. Threats related to drones and missile fire in the airspace have forced carriers to review their operations to ensure passenger safety. Dubai, a global hub, is facing reduced activity since the retaliatory strikes between Iran and the American-Israeli forces.

Despite this crisis context, Emirates has confirmed the continuation of its services to a limited list of international cities. The service to Casablanca, via Mohammed V International Airport, is maintained alongside major hubs such as Paris, London or Toronto. However, the company operates with a reduced number of frequencies and gives priority to passengers with prior reservations.

The company’s management urges travelers not to go to the airport without direct confirmation. In a communication on social networks, Emirates stressed the need to check online operational updates: "Please check your email for any notifications about changes or cancellations before traveling".
