Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport Hits Milestone: 10 Million Passengers in 2023

The Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca has exceeded, for the first time in its history, the threshold of 10 million passengers, said the National Airports Office (ONDA).
According to ONDA, the Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca is the first airport platform in the Kingdom. Indeed, it welcomes more than 40% of the air traffic volume carried out by all Moroccan airports.
During the ceremony organized to welcome the 10 millionth passenger who arrived on RAM flight AT 205 from Miami, the lucky winner received a business class airline ticket on the Royal Air Maroc (RAM) international network and many other gifts from the National Airports Office.
According to the Director General of ONDA, Mohammed El Aoufir, this performance was made possible thanks to the positive synergy with the strategic partner Royal Air Maroc and the entire airport community.
As for the CEO of RAM, Hamid Addou, he noted that "this record reflects the dynamic launched over the past four years at the Mohammed V airport in Casablanca thanks to the exemplary cooperation between ONDA and Royal Air Maroc". This partnership has made this airport a reference hub connecting Africa to the rest of the world through Morocco, he said.
