Brussels Paralyzed: Royal Air Maroc Grounds Flights Amid National Strike
Royal Air Maroc has announced the cancellation of all its flights to and from Brussels for Tuesday, October 14.
This preventive measure has been taken due to a "national day of action" that will be held in Belgium, and which is likely to significantly disrupt transportation.
The company is offering several alternatives to its passengers. They can opt for a free postponement of their flight over the following three days (15, 16 or 17 October), subject to availability. Another option is to postpone the trip free of charge on a flight to or from Paris-Orly on the same dates, provided they pay any difference in airport taxes.
Finally, customers who wish to do so can request a full refund of their ticket. Royal Air Maroc has insisted that the travelers concerned do not show up at the airport on October 14 and invites them to contact their point of sale or the company’s call center to manage their booking.
