Bordeaux Airport Expands Winter Routes, Adds New Flights to Morocco and Europe

Morocco is one of the destinations offered by Bordeaux airport in its fall-winter program. In total, two Moroccan cities will be served.
In total, 57 direct flight destinations including 16 new routes are planned as part of Bordeaux airport’s fall-winter program, according to Sud Ouest. Ryanair will launch three new air links Bordeaux-Paphos, Bordeaux-Rabat and Bordeaux-Venice. The airline EasyJet will offer a new route to Essaouira (Morocco). The other new routes are: Athens, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Naples, Rome, Oran (with Volotea), Eindhoven and Dakar (Transavia), Paphos, Djerba and Tunis (Nouvelair) and Bucharest (Hisky).
From Bordeaux, the Romanian low-cost company Hisky will operate direct flights to Rabat every Friday and Sunday, to Dakar (Senegal) every Tuesday and Friday and to Bucharest (Romania) every Monday and Thursday starting December 21, it is specified.
The Bordeaux airport welcomed 2.7 million passengers between June and September. "A traffic quite close to that of 2017 but achieved with 20% fewer aircraft," said Cyrielle Clément, the head of route development.
