Body of Suspected Migrant Washes Ashore on Moroccan Beach Near Tiznit

The sea washed up a body on the beach of Sidi Moussa, in the Commune of Aglou, in the province of Tiznit. This corpse, probably that of a migrant, was taken to the morgue for the needs of the investigation.
The drowned body of a migrant, and washed up from the bowels of the sea, on Sunday, July 21, 2019, was recovered by the elements of the Royal Gendarmerie and the local authorities. It was taken to the morgue of the Regional Hospital of Tiznit.
According to the latest news and, on the instructions of the competent public prosecutor’s office, the remains were transferred to the morgue of the "Hassan II" Regional Hospital in Agadir, for an autopsy.
An investigation has been opened, under the supervision of the same Prosecutor’s Office, to clarify the circumstances of his death.
